W. Jakarta Holds Fun Run 5K to Socialize Asian Games

West Jakarta Government will hold Fun Run 5K, a running competition, on Sunday (7/29) to enliven Asian Games 2018.

This running competition route is started from West Jakarta Mayor office

West Jakarta Secretary, Eldi Andi mentioned, Fun Run 5K will be participated by around 5,500 people and divided in three categories for public, students, and TNI/Police.

Asian Games Torch Parade Socialization must Be Intensified

"This running competition route is started from West Jakarta Mayor office-Jalan Kembangan Raya-Jalan Puri and ended at Mayor office again," he informed, Thursday (7/5).

Before this competition, West Jakarta Government also holds Torch Festival in each sub-districts on July 8.

West Jakarta Sport and Youth Sub-dept. Head, Joko Margo Santoso added, this Fun Run 5K is different with previous running competition because TNI and Police will join to compete in this event.

"The winner of this running competition will get a medal and cash prize. Former badminton player, Taufik Hidayat will be also attend on this event and it will be enlivened by musical entertainment, Komeng, and other comedians," he said.
